The second part of our SQUAD Recon program (prerequisite) is our Battle Buddy for Life program. Six months after the squad members reunite, Warfighter Overwatch brings together (once again) the squad members but this time, we include the veteran's spouse or caregiver. This multi-day event provides an additional important layer of support for our nation's veterans - connecting the spouses with one another and with their Veterans' battle brothers and sisters. Our Battle Buddy for Life programming is a multi-day event with all travel and events paid for by Warfighter Overwatch. The Veteran participant must have attended the SQUAD Reconnection programming to qualify to attend our Battle Buddy For Life programming.
